edelkrone Affiliate Program – General Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation of influencers, creators, and partners (“Affiliates”) in the edelkrone Affiliate Program, operated through the UpPromote platform. By joining the program, Affiliates agree to the following:

 

1. Program Administration

The edelkrone Affiliate Program is managed using the UpPromote system. All tracking, commission calculations, and payout eligibility follow the data and rules provided by the UpPromote platform. edelkrone accepts the platform’s calculations as final unless evident technical errors occur.

 

2. Commission Eligibility

• Commissions are generated only for confirmed sales made through the Affiliate’s unique tracking link or code.
• Self-referrals or fraudulent activity (including the Affiliate purchasing for themselves or for close associates solely to generate commission) are strictly prohibited. Such sales will not be considered commission-eligible.
• Commissions are earned only for sales that are not returned or refunded.

 

 

3. Payout Terms

• Payouts are processed within 30 days after the Affiliate submits a payout request through UpPromote.
• Payments will only be processed once all commissions in the request are fully approved by the system (i.e., no pending return period).

 

 

4. Commission Adjustments During Discount Campaigns

• edelkrone reserves the right to temporarily reduce commission rates during discount seasons, special promotions, or sitewide sales.
• If such an adjustment is made, edelkrone will notify Affiliates at least 48 hours in advance.
• edelkrone guarantees that all temporarily reduced commission rates will return to their regular levels immediately after the discount campaign ends.

 

 

5. Annual Rate Updates

edelkrone reserves the right to update standard commission rates once per year. Affiliates will be notified in advance of any such updates.

 

6. Brand Integrity & Content Guidelines

• Affiliates must produce content that aligns with edelkrone’s brand values, product quality, and positioning.
• edelkrone retains the right to remove any Affiliate from the program at any time if the content they produce is deemed harmful, misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the brand identity.
• Removed Affiliates will retain access only to commissions earned and approved prior to removal.

 

7. Use of Assets & Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use edelkrone product images, assets, and videos solely for promotional purposes within the program.
• All intellectual property rights remain with edelkrone.
• Unauthorized modification of brand assets, or use outside the scope of this program, is prohibited.

 

 

8. Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates must comply with the FTC and any applicable local regulations regarding influencer advertising. This includes clearly disclosing affiliate partnerships in posts, videos, and captions.

 

9. Termination

• Affiliates may leave the program at any time by requesting removal from the system.
• edelkrone may terminate or suspend an Affiliate’s membership without prior notice in cases including but not limited to:

 

• Fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms
• Harmful or brand-misaligned content
• Abuse of tracking links, coupon codes, or payout systems

 

10. Modification of Terms

edelkrone may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after updated Terms are posted will constitute acceptance of the changes.
